Account Risk
Can my account get banned?
Yes. The risk is not zero. Third-party power leveling breaks Jagex rules. FancyHire reports 5000+ orders as of May 2026. It reports a ban rate below 1% as of August 20, 2026. That past rate is not a promise. Read the Credit Policy before you buy.
Is FancyHire part of Jagex?
No. FancyHire is a separate service. Jagex does not run it. You keep the choice and the risk. Read the Terms before you share account access.
What happens if a ban occurs while work is active?
The Credit Policy explains when credit may apply. Share the event in your Discord ticket so the FancyHire team can review it under that policy.
Do you accept Hardcore or Ultimate Ironman accounts?
Yes. Standard accounts are accepted. So are Ironman, HCIM, UIM, and Group Ironman accounts. HCIM and UIM have added risks. Name the account type in Discord before the scope is set.
What if my HCIM dies while work is active?
An HCIM death can cause a loss that credit cannot undo. The Credit Policy explains when credit may apply. Name the account type and goal in Discord before the scope is set.
Account Access And 2FA
How do I share my login details?
You share them by hand in your Discord ticket. Staff will ask for the details they need. Those details must fit the job. Use the server link on this page. Change your password when the work is done.
Should I turn off 2FA?
No. Keep two-factor login, or 2FA, turned on. If a code is needed, the trainer will ask in your Discord ticket. Share each code there only when asked.
Service Scope
What OSRS services can I ask for?
You can ask for Skill Training, Quests, Fire Cape, or Achievement Diaries. You can also ask about a mixed goal. Skill work covers 23 trainable skills. Hitpoints is not sold as its own skill. See all service types, then send your goal in Discord.
Can you train Sailing?
Yes. Sailing is part of Skill Training. Your level, target, and account needs still shape the scope. Send those facts in Discord for review.
What are the OSRS Quest Cape requirements?
You need all current quests done. You must also meet the needs for each quest. Those needs may include skill levels and prior quests. They may also include items or area access. Send your quest log and stats in Discord for a check.
Can FancyHire help me get a Quest Cape?
Yes, if the account and open work fit. The quote may cover quests. It may also cover the skill work they need. Share your quest log, stats, and hard limits in Discord. The team will set the scope by hand.
Can I ask for Desert Treasure II?
Yes. Desert Treasure II can be sent as a quest request. Your stats may change the work. So may prior quests, gear, and other needs. Share your account state in Discord. The team can then check fit and quote the full scope.
Can I ask for its prior quests and skill needs too?
Yes. You can send one goal with the quest and its open needs. FancyHire will check what is done. It will check what is missing and what it can take on. The scope will be set in Discord.
Do you post every quest you may take on?
No. Quest work is checked from the goal and account state. A named quest may still need added skill work or prior quests. Send the exact goal in Discord for a fit check.
Can I mix quests, skills, and diaries in one request?
Yes. Mixed goals can be reviewed as one request. Not every mix will fit. List each goal and your current state in Discord so the team can set one clear scope.
Quotes And Price
Why are there no public prices?
The work can differ by account. Current stats and target levels can change the scope. So can prior quests, gear, and method. Read How Custom Pricing Works. Then send your facts for a quote made by hand.
What should I send for a quote?
Send the goal and current state. Add the account type and key limits. For quest work, add your quest log and stats. The How to Order guide has the full list.
Will I know the scope and price before I pay?
Yes. FancyHire will review the request first. It will set the scope and price in Discord. You choose if you want to go on. Payment comes after you agree.
How fast will I get a reply?
A person will reply in Discord. No set reply time is posted. The flow is manual. Send enough facts in the first message. This can cut down on back and forth.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the goal and account. FancyHire does not post set finish times on the site. Ask about timing when the scope is reviewed in Discord.
Crypto Payment
What payment types do you take?
Crypto only. The main options are BTC, ETH, USDT, ADA, and XLM. Other major coins may be agreed in Discord. This must happen before payment. Cards, cash, bank payments, PayPal, Stripe, and Binance P2P are not taken.
When do I pay?
You pay after the scope and price are set in Discord. FancyHire sends the pay details by hand. Use only the details sent in your Discord ticket.
How do I pay with crypto?
Follow the coin and wallet address in your ticket. Use the network named there too. A network is the chain used to send the coin. Read How to Pay before you send funds. Ask if any field is not clear.
Why is payment crypto only?
That is the payment model FancyHire uses. It does not run a card or bank payment path. If crypto does not work for you, do not start an order.
FancyHire Credit
What happens if the agreed work cannot be done?
Eligible work left undone may lead to FancyHire credit for a later service. The full rules depend on what happened. Read the Credit Policy, then open a Discord ticket with the order facts.
Does FancyHire send money or crypto back?
No. Eligible cases use FancyHire credit only. Read the Credit Policy before you pay so you know what that means.
