How to Pay FancyHire with Crypto

Pay only after we agree on your scope and price. We do this in your private Discord ticket. We then send the payment details in that same ticket.

This page explains how to pay FancyHire. It does not give financial advice. If you have not joined or started a ticket, get a quote on Discord.

Pay after we agree on the work

Tell us what you want done. We will review the goal with you. We will then agree on the scope and price in writing.

Do not send any crypto before this step. There is no public price list. The amount for your order comes from the quote in your Discord ticket.

The goal or scope may change. If it does, ask for a new quote. This keeps the work and payment clear for both sides.

Crypto you can use

FancyHire takes crypto only. You can pay with:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • Tether (USDT) on the chain agreed in Discord
  • Cardano (ADA)
  • Stellar (XLM)

You may ask to use another major crypto. We must agree to it in writing in Discord before you send it.

We do not take fiat (bank money), cards, PayPal, Stripe, or Binance P2P. Do not use one of those methods for a FancyHire order.

Know these three terms

A wallet is an app or account you use to send crypto.

A network is the path used to send crypto. It is also called a chain. The send network and the receive network must match.

A transaction hash is the code made after a crypto send. It helps both sides find that send on the chain.

Follow these payment steps

1. Agree on scope and price

Check the final scope and price in your Discord ticket. Ask about any part that is not clear. Pay only when you agree to both.

2. Confirm all four payment details

Ask us to confirm the coin and network. Ask us to confirm the amount and wallet address. Keep all four details in the same Discord ticket.

For USDT, the network name is key. USDT can use more than one chain. Use only the chain named in your ticket.

3. Check the address and network

Copy the wallet address from the ticket. Do not type it by hand. Check the start and end of the address before you send.

Check the network in your wallet too. If the names do not match, stop. Ask us in Discord.

4. Check the amount

Use the crypto amount shown in your ticket. Coin values and network fees can change. If the amount looks old or does not match, stop. Ask us to check it again.

Your wallet or service may add a fee. Make sure the amount sent matches the amount we agreed on.

5. Send only after the final check

Read the coin, network, amount, and address one more time. Then send the payment from your wallet.

Do not send to an address from a direct message, email, post, or other site. If someone asks you to move the chat, stop. Use your FancyHire Discord ticket.

6. Share the transaction hash

Your wallet or service should show a transaction hash after the send. Post that code in your Discord ticket. A person from FancyHire will use it to check the payment.

Keep the ticket open until we reply. We do not promise a set check time. Do not send the same payment twice while you wait.

Avoid these common mistakes

  • Sending before the scope and price are set
  • Using the wrong coin or network
  • Sending USDT on a chain we did not agree on
  • Typing the wallet address by hand
  • Copying an address from outside your Discord ticket
  • Sending an old amount without asking us to check it
  • Forgetting to share the transaction hash
  • Sending the same payment twice

If you spot a mistake before you send, stop. Ask us to check the details in Discord. If you have sent it, share the transaction hash and tell us what happened.
