FancyHire Terms

These rules apply to each job from us. Read them before you pay. Read them before you share a game login.

1. Who runs FancyHire

FancyHire operates as an unincorporated trade name. FancyHire is not a registered company. The FancyHire team stands behind each pledge on this page.

You accept these rules when you agree to a job in Discord. You must then pay for that job.

If you do not agree, do not pay. Do not share a login. Ask us about any point first.

2. What we agree to do

We provide work on OSRS accounts. OSRS means Old School RuneScape.

We can help with quests and Fire Cape. We can work on Achievement Diaries and skills. We may agree to a mix of work. We do not show a full quest list.

For each job, we set the scope and price in Discord. The scope says what we will do. It may list gear, items, levels, or limits.

Only that scope and later changes agreed in Discord define the work we owe.

Work outside the scope needs a new deal in Discord.

3. Your account duties

You must have the right to grant us access. All account facts you give us must be true.

Tell us the account type and goal. Tell us about any limits on the work. The account must meet the needs set in the scope.

Keep two-factor login on during the work. This is also called 2FA. A trainer may need a code. Share each code in your Discord ticket.

Tell us before you change the login. A change may stop the work. We can start once access works again.

4. Price and payment

The site does not show prices. We set the scope and price in Discord. We do this before you pay.

You can pay with crypto only. We accept BTC, ETH, ADA, and XLM. We also accept USDT on any chain. Ask before you use another major coin. We must agree to it in Discord before you pay.

The site does not create or track an order. It does not check your payment. A person does each step in Discord.

We do not send crypto or fiat back. The Credit Policy is the only way we may give value for an order issue.

5. Jagex and account risk

This work breaks Jagex's terms. We are not part of Jagex. Jagex does not back our work.

Jagex can ban an account. It may change stats or XP. A Hardcore Ironman may die. The risk is not zero.

FancyHire team records show 5000+ orders as of May 2026. The team also reports a ban rate under 1% as of August 20, 2026. These are past, team-stated records. They do not set the risk for your job.

Jagex may roll back stats or XP.

6. Changes, trainer issues, and delays

Needs or goals can change during a job. We may need to stop the work. We will agree on all new work in Discord.

We do not post a finish date. Ask us about a delay in Discord.

If a trainer is not a good fit, tell us. We offer a free trainer swap first. We handle the issue in Discord.

7. FancyHire credit

The FancyHire Credit Policy forms part of these terms. It is the only set of rules for all FancyHire credit.

FancyHire credit can be used only for future work with us. It is not cash, crypto, or a bank balance. We do not send funds back.

The Credit Policy says when credit may apply. It says how we set the amount. It sets the rules for decisions, use, ownership, and end dates. Those rules control all credit requests.

If this page and the Credit Policy differ on credit, the Credit Policy controls.

Tell us which items or wealth the work may use. Remove all items that the job does not need. Items not in the scope are not part of the job.

You share login details with staff by hand in Discord. Staff use them for the job. These terms do not set a fixed time for how long login data is kept.

Keep 2FA on. Use the Discord ticket when a trainer needs a code. Change your password after the work ends. This is the best way to reset access.

Read our Privacy Policy. It states the privacy facts we have confirmed. It covers our manual Discord flow. It tells you where to ask before you share private facts.

9. Contact and updates

We may change these rules. The date at the top shows the latest set. The rules in use when we agree to your scope apply to that job. We can both agree to a change in Discord.
