FancyHire Credit Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026 Operator: FancyHire (unincorporated trade name)
These rules cover FancyHire credit. FancyHire sells manual work. It is for Old School RuneScape (OSRS). We set each order in Discord. We set its price there too. You pay with crypto before work starts.
1. What FancyHire credit is
You may use FancyHire credit for work from us in the future. It is not cash. It is not crypto. It is not a bank balance. We do not send paid crypto to you. We do not send fiat to you.
You may get credit only under the rules below. Credit has no cash value. You cannot trade it for crypto. You cannot trade it for fiat. You cannot trade it for goods from a third party.
2. When credit may apply
You cancel before work starts
If you cancel before the trainer starts, the credit is 100% of the order value. We first take off inbound crypto network fees. We take off only fees we have paid. We must also be unable to get those fees back.
Work starts but cannot be finished
Credit may apply if work cannot be finished. Some work must still be due. A ban may stop an active order. A Hardcore Ironman (HCIM) death may stop it too. The HCIM death must take place during an active order. Only the work left can count for credit.
A trainer issue stays open
You may not be happy with your trainer. If so, tell us in Discord. We first give you a free trainer swap. Credit may apply only if the swap does not fix the issue.
3. When credit does not apply
We do not give credit for work that is done. A late order does not lead to credit on its own. We do not post delivery times on this site. We deal with delay claims by hand in Discord.
FancyHire is not responsible for a Jagex stat or XP rollback. A rollback does not qualify for credit. It also does not qualify for free repeat work.
Credit does not apply to disputes we resolve against you. Jagex rollbacks do not qualify. Requests outside the cases in these rules do not qualify.
The FancyHire team may choose to approve an exception in writing in Discord. This choice is not promised. It is not a way to qualify under these rules. It does not make any new case eligible.
4. How we set the credit
We state the credit as a US dollar value. We use the crypto rate from the time you paid. The sum is based on the order scope we agreed to. It is also based on the work done before the event.
If an order has begun, we use the work left to set the credit. Work that is done does not count. The FancyHire team sets the final sum in good faith. The team does this within 48 hours of a valid request.
5. The trainer swap comes first
Join our Discord if you have a trainer issue. Use the ticket option in the server. Tell us what went wrong. We will give you a free trainer swap first.
Use the trainer swap first. The swap may fix the issue. If it does not, ask us to review the issue for credit. A trainer claim does not skip the swap step.
6. When we make a decision
We decide a valid request within 48 hours. If we approve credit, we add it at once. No second step is needed after we approve it.
The 48-hour time is for the credit decision. It is not a set time for other support. It is not a set time for sales. It is not a set time for order messages.
7. How you may use credit
You may use credit only for new work with us. Credit stays with the Discord user who paid for the first order. You cannot give it away. You cannot sell it. You cannot move it to another Discord user.
The same Discord user may have more than one credit. We set full or part use by hand in Discord. There is no public rule for part use.
Each credit ends six months after we issue it. Any sum left at that time is lost.
8. Ban risk and Jagex
OSRS power leveling breaks Jagex's Terms of Service. FancyHire is not part of Jagex. Jagex does not back our work. It does not approve our work. Ban risk is not zero.
FancyHire team records show a past ban rate under 1% as of August 20, 2026. The team also reports more than 5,000 orders as of May 2026. These are team-stated records. No outside party has checked them. They do not promise the same result for you.
A ban may take place during active work. If it does, the same work-left rule applies. Any credit is based only on work left at the time of the ban.
9. How to ask for credit
First, join FancyHire on Discord. Once you are in the server, use its ticket option. Use the same Discord account that paid for the order.
Give us the order details. Tell us what took place. Tell us why you think credit may apply. Add the facts we need to check the order scope. Add the facts we need to check the work done. We will review the request under these rules.
